Pros:
Excellent cinematography and nice music.
Cons:
Very little factual information.

I enjoy documentaries and grew up on nature shows, so I expect to learn from a documentary, which is perhaps why this film was very boring. The only education in this film is visual, and without a factual informational counterpart, it was difficult to become invested. The birds are beautiful, the shots are awesome, and the overall idea of long distance migration is amazing, but I already knew that going into the film. I expected to learn more about it than "birds fly south for the winter, and sometimes they die along the way."
So if you want to watch awe-inspiring beautiful sequences of flying birds, watch this movie, but don't expect to learn very much factual information.
